Since I've started following a few recipe/ dinner $ saving blogs, I've done much better the last few weeks on actually making a variety of yummy, healthy dinners and not relying on take-out as much as before. This probably isn't the most exciting post to read focueach week, but it allows me to really plan for the week, focus my grocery shopping, and stay organized.
Monday--Crockpot Beef roast w/ carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.
Tuesday--Leftovers

Thursday--Leftover night
Friday--BW's chicken wings (coupon for 6 free ones!)
