I'm currently working on a line of fall/ winter and holiday cupcake toppers, placemats and more, too.

I decided to really spend some time this week sharing some of my recent custom orders. I've had several birthday orders and just haven't had time to share on here or on Etsy. Enjoy!

Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter Order

Hello! It's been forever since I've posted, but I'm really planning on keeping this blog more up-to-date. I just finished up a Mad Hatter order for an upcoming party and wanted to share how great these black and white images look on the red cardstock and tile. I love how they turned out! The ordered included coordinating centerpiece skewers, too. Let me know what you think.

Etsy Baby Shower Gifts!

Once again, I'm participating in the Etsy Baby Shower where shop owners can sign up to donate items to Etsy Mamas-to-be. My Etsy Mom-to-be just had twins and is receiving 2 Custom Baby Keepsake Trivets w/ easels from me as a beautiful reminder of the day her twin boys were born. These nursery decor items match her nursery colors and each details the names, birthdate, weight, and length of her new little boys.

I hope she loves the Keepsake Trivets as much as I do! Congrats!

Holiday Orders--Almost Caught Up!

I've had a major holiday rush the last week or so, and I'm happy to say that I'm almost caught up! If you still need a last minute gift, please let me know in the next day or so to ensure holiday delivery. So far, coaster sets, custom photo coasters, and post-it note holders have all been really popular!

Last Day For Custom Orders and Holiday Delivery

The last day that I am guaranteeing custom orders for holiday delivery is this Saturday, December 12th. All custom orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the holidays depending on the size of the order, complexity, etc.

All orders must be placed by December 15th to avoid additional shipping charges and to be guaranteed in time for holiday delivery. I know the post office deadline is a few days after this, but I'd rather not rush until the very end. Thanks!

Goals for this Week

I'd like to start making Sunday posts my "Goals for the Week" post for a few reasons:
1. to motivate me to get more done
2. to keep customers up-to-date on their orders
3. I need a written list to stay organized

So this week, here's what I'm planning to get accomplished:
1. Finish premade boy scrapbook pages for Alainedesigns, photograph all for her, and ship by Wed.
2. Tags for ITH Creations--finish and ship
3. Tags for The Painted House and More--finish and ship
4. Samples, then actual stickers, earring and pendant cards, mini cards, etc. for smartypantsdesign--finish and ship
5. Trick-or-Treat--must buy candy at some point before Thurs., charge camera batteries
6. Work on craft show items for show on Nov. 7th

The Next Month +

We are finally in contract with our house! Now, we have to find another house and prepare to move in the next month or so. I am currently finishing and shipping all current orders and trying to get ahead a little for the holiday season. I'm only anticipating my Etsy shop being closed for a week or two while we get moved or settled.

Custom 3x3 and Business Card Envelopes

I had a recent custom order for 40 Amy Butler striped thank you cards and matching 3x3 Amy Butler envelopes. This is the first time I've done an envelope order that size, so it took me longer than I anticipated, but I like the end result. I'm planning to add 3x3 envelopes and business card envelopes to my Etsy shop. Let me know if there's any others you'd like to see!

More custom orders w/ Photos!

Just finished up a custom pirate birthday banner, tiffany blue and brown damask bridal shower banner, and pink/ brown cupcake centerpieces. I love how these all turned out!

Currently working on an Amy Butler graduation banner, 150 red/ black and white damask heart cupcake toppers for a wedding reception, and a few other really cool custom orders. More pictures to come! Keep these great custom orders coming!

New Collaboration with EtsyMom--Sugarelli!

I've had this idea of custom wedding favors and baby/ bridal shower favors in my head for awhile now, and through a collaboration with one of my favorite Etsy sellers and my fellow EtsyMom, Sugarelli, it's finally a reality! Stephanie came up with 3 fabulous designs to use on my ceramic coasters to make a truly personal, beautiful, and functional favor for your upcoming event, and I love how they turned out. We'll work with you to personalize it to your colors, initials, etc. to make it a gift that your guests can treasure long after the event. Here are the initial designs (hopefully we'll have more designs in the future!):

Home Sweet Home

We're back from vacation and had a wonderful cruise in Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Isla Roatan, and Belize. However, we came back home to a freeze warning and a rainy/ snowy mix. Yuck!

Lots of custom birthday orders!

I always joke that whenever I'm starting to slow down with orders that I do should do a trade. Seriously, it works for me everytime. I do a trade w/ someone then I get slammed with orders in the process. Yay! Lately, it's been birthday banners. I promise I'll post pictures soon.

I really want to get some listings in my shop for boy birthday banners--monkeys, cars/ trucks, bugs, etc. Anyone need one? Have any other ideas? I unfortunately have a little girl (love her to pieces but she doesn't help much when I'm trying to do boy items). LOL

Custom Orders! Custom Orders!

Custom orders and Alchemy requests have been very good to me over the last month or so. I'm currently working on 3 custom birthday banners, a custom set of handstamped cupcake papers, 30 chipboard letters, and trying to finish up items for my daughter's birthday party this weekend. I'm thrilled that I'm busy and that the custom banners have been very well-received!

BUT....I won't be listing any new items in my shop (other than the custom orders) or on my blog this week. I promise to have great pictures of the cupcake birthday party items in action next week.

Custom Clipboard, anyone?

It's really a good thing that I love the whole pink/ brown cupcake scheme because it's pretty popular. :)

Here's a custom order large clipboard that I just made for another Etsyian. She wanted her shop name on it, so that she could use it to hold her invoices and paperwork. I love how it turned out!

I can work with you to create your own personalized clipboard in either the 6x9 or 9x12 size. These make great teacher gifts, too!
